Grandfather Barney started in Pretoria in the early 1900’s with a bicycle store, then a fuel station and later motor vehicle sales. Allen Joss started in his Dad’s business in the 1950’s and established Allen Joss in 1978. The third generation joined the business in December 1983, when Dale started as a part-time employee.
